Brian is an Attorney at the Newport Beach office of Mokri Vanis & Jones LLP. He has practiced law in Southern California for over 30 years, specializing in complex civil litigation, class actions, and multi-district litigation, with an emphasis in employment litigation, consumer finance litigation, including the defense of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and GLBA cases, complex business litigation, construction defect litigation, toxic tort litigation, premises liability, wrongful death and personal injury defense.
During his 30 years of practice, Brian also served for 10 years as Senior Corporate Counsel for two publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies (NASDAQ: GTW & ECPG), managing their world-wide litigation and overseeing corporate compliance. Brian’s experience as senior in-house counsel gives him unique insight into the needs of his corporate clients.
In his free time, he enjoys his large family and his home in San Diego.
