Associate at Mokri Vanis & Jones Newport office. Destiney's practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including but not limited to breach of contract, employment disputes, and corporate transactional practice. Destiney has gained extensive experience litigating those matters in arbitration, state court, and federal court in both California and Nevada.
Before joining the firm, Destiney previously held positions as an Associate at a mid-sized boutique and a nationally recognized law firm in California. At her past firms, she received experience in criminal law, family law, professional negligence, personal injury, construction defect, real estate, immigration, and various civil rights matters. She has gained extensive law and motion experience, trial advocacy experience, and outstanding client relations skills. Destiney is passionate, goal-oriented, and results-focused about her work and advocating for her clients.
