Elham Azimy is an Associate Attorney at Mokri Vanis & Jones LLP. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on Social Ecology from the University of California Irvine (UCI), Elham attended Western State University College of Law. Beginning in 2001, She managed her own firm for approximately eighteen (18) years. Elham has experience in handling complex personal injury, medical malpractice, contract disputes, and employment law matters. She has also handled class action lawsuits against some of the Country’s largest corporations, such as Ameriquest, Diedrich Coffee, Solstice Capital, and Parking Concepts, Inc.
For the past five years, Elham has handled several international cases involving defamation lawsuits that originated in Japan, and involved law and motion against notable parties such as Twitter and Google. Prior to joining MVJ, Elham worked as an Attorney-Advisor at the Small Business Administration, where she referred several hundred fraud files to the agency. Elham is passionate about her work and always strives to achieve the best results for her clients.
