Golnaz Mozhgani is an Associate at Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Newport Beach Office. Her practice primarily focuses on disputes involving personal injury, motor vehicle premise liability, and commercial litigation. Golnaz has been with Mokri Vanis & Jones since 2024, initially as a law clerk and thereafter as an Associate in 2025. Throughout Golnaz’s time as a law clerk, she obtained a wealth of knowledge in assisting with the handling of complex personal injury and premises liability matters.

Golnaz is a Northern California native who graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Legal Studies. While attending UC Berkeley, she interned at Richmond Superior Court’s Domestic Violence Clinic representing pro se litigants. Upon graduating from UC Berkeley, she first began working at a Business and Insurance Litigation Firm as a legal assistant, and then worked at a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm in Sherman Oaks as a Paralegal before pursuing a law degree.

Golnaz earned her J.D. from Western State College of Law in Irvine, California, where she was an active member of the Student Bar Association.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
