Jennifer Damon joined Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Newport Beach office in 2025. Jennifer attended Loyola Law School where she received the “Book Award” for negotiation practices.
With more than 40 years of litigation experience, Jennifer’s practice is concentrated in the defense of high exposure cases involving automobile and common carrier liability, general liability, premises liability and property disputes in both the state and federal courts throughout California. She also specializes in first party litigation. Her clients include insurance companies, corporations, and other self-insureds for whom she has aggressively handled countless depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
In addition, Ms. Damon has lectured on insurance regulations, handling Medicare/Medi-Cal and ERISA liens in litigation, and the nuances of first party claim handling.
When not practicing law, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, working out or watching football.
