Jesse Kershner’s practice focuses on civil litigation. He has extensive experience defending premise liability, construction defect, products liability, and general liability matters. His experience includes depositions, mediations, arbitrations, jury trials, and appeals.
Jesse earned a BA with High Honors from UC Berkeley and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Maritime Law Journal.
