Associate Attorney at Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Concord Office, John’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and employment related matters, along with all aspects of real estate acquisition, construction contracting and litigation. His clients include developers, general contractors, insurance carriers, and their insureds.
Prior to joining the Firm, John was an attorney in both small scale and national law firms, with a focus on defending Fortune 500 companies in matters of complex personal injury, premises liability, products liability, transactional matters, labor and employment, and workplace safety related claims involving COVID-19. John is passionate about his work and dedicated to providing the best representation possible to successfully obtain the most desirable result for his clients.
While attending law school, John served as a law clerk for the California Public Utilities Commission, where he assisted in the initial regulatory and rulemaking proceedings during the emergence of ride-share technologies such as Uber and Lyft.
