A senior associate at Mokri, Vanis & Jones, LLP, Kacie has handled an extensive array of complex litigation matters over her career in the areas of construction defect, premises liability, casualty and insurance matters. Kacie focuses on the representation of general contractors, subcontractors and construction product manufacturers in a wide range of construction defect related matters. She has extensive experience litigating complicated construction issues involving a variety of construction projects ranging from custom homes to public works projects. Many such disputes are designated as complex litigation and often involve six-figure demands and multi-million dollar claims. Kacie is dedicated to aggressively defending her clients and resolving their disputes in the most efficient manner possible, with an emphasis on trying to avoid or minimize what can be a lengthy process.
