Kathleen Torsney is an Associate at Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Newport Beach Office. Her practice primarily focuses on disputes involving personal injuries, products liability, commercial litigation, and construction defects.

Kathleen has represented property and business owners in claims involving personal injury, premise liability, and other related actions. Kathleen has also participated in mediations achieving favorable settlements for her clients.

Kathleen is a Southern California native who attended Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Through that degree, Kathleen was able to interact with all walks of life, live in different parts of the United States, and use her critical thinking skills to attend to any needs of guests or my team.

Kathleen attended The University of West Los Angeles Law School, and she worked at the Law Offices of Patrick Torsney as a legal clerk through her 3 years of school. Throughout Kathleen’s time as a legal clerk, she obtained a wealth of knowledge in handling insurance defense claims, personal injury claims, and premises liability matters.

In Kathleen’s free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and surfing.
