Kevin J. Price

About

Kevin practices insurance and business litigation, with emphasis on professional negligence, property damage, personal injury and product liability, including insurance subrogation. He has substantial experience in investigating, prosecuting and defending insurance subrogation actions. He represents insurance carriers and their insureds, private companies and individuals alike. He has argued before the Louisiana Court of Appeals.

Kevin has investigated and litigated matters in 20 of the United States and Mexico. He understands that the business of insurance crosses all geographic barriers, and so does an effective litigation practice. He was a founding Chair of the National Subrogation Committee for the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He has tried several cases to verdict, both jury and bench trials.

Kevin speaks regularly on insurance and litigation topics at various insurance and business trade association meetings, as well as for private groups, including insurance company claims professionals. He is a past president of the Sts. Simon and Jude School Advisory Council, and current Chair of the Special Interests Committee. He is the Vice President of the Alumni Corporation Board for Delta Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Delta Mu chapter at Loyola Marymount University.
