About
Kimberly Rice joined Mokri, Vanis & Jones’s Newport Beach office in 2025 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice areas include personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect claims. She has over a decade of legal experience, including insurance defense, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and Law and Motion.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly gained experience working in boutique and nationwide firms focusing on complex litigation matters including wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, bad faith claims, and professional liability cases. Kimberly is dedicated to obtaining successful outcomes for her clients to meet their mission and objectives.
Kimberly also has experience in legal academia, previously working as an Assistant Professor for various law school Bar Studies programs in Southern and Northern California, and is a member of the Association of Academic Support Educators.
Prior to becoming an Attorney, Kimberly had a full-time career as a broadcast journalist in both radio and television for various networks and affiliates across the country and is still an active member of SAG-AFTRA.
During her free time, Kimberly enjoys cheering on her favorite football teams, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying live entertainment.
