About

Kimberly Stoica is an Associate in Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Concord office. Her practice focuses on general liability, premises liability, and complex construction defect litigation. She represents developers, general contractors, and property owners in high-stakes civil litigation throughout California. Kimberly has significant experience managing matters from pre-litigation through resolution. She recently served as lead associate in a $100 million construction defect arbitration, where she handled all aspects of arbitration preparation including witness interviews, expert coordination, exhibit preparation, and pre-hearing briefing. She is skilled in all phases of discovery and motion practice and regularly advises insurance carriers and clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and settlement.
