Marcia Cook is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Mokri Vanis & Jones where her wide-ranging litigation practice focuses on complex litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability, real estate, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and construction.
Prior to joining MVJ, Marcia’s practice was focused on premises liability, civil rights, products liability, employment, business litigation, catastrophic injury, and family law. Marcia is admitted to practice law in California before all state and federal courts. She has successfully brought numerous motions, obtained dismissals, and resolved cases favorably for her clients.
Marcia was admitted to the California Bar in 2010 after graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law where her academic achievements placed her on the Dean’s Honor List. During law school, Marcia also gained experience as a law clerk for the San Francisco district attorney’s felony and juvenile divisions. Marcia received her undergraduate degree in Law and Society and Global Studies with an emphasis in Socioeconomics and Politics.
