Prior to joining Mokri, Vanis & Jones’ Sacramento office, Michelle’s experience rested in nearly all facets of civil litigation including areas of Agriculture, Construction Defect, Human Service, Habitability, and Real Estate. Michelle has effectively managed her cases, negotiated settlements, and garnished experience in state and federal matters.
Michelle has experience in arbitration, trial preparation, and the appellate process, particularly regarding employment, wrongful death, habitability, easement, and construction defect lawsuits.
Michelle has a strong record of academic and professional achievements, graduating from McGeorge School of Law with certificates in Governmental Affairs and International Law. While attending McGeorge School of Law, Michelle worked as a volunteer law clerk in the Attorney General’s Office - Department of Justice, Public Rights Division.
Prior to attending law school, Michelle obtained her Master of Science from Iowa State University and Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis, both in Animal Science.
In her spare time, Michelle and her family love traveling, sports, and adventures in Scouting.
