Nathaniel Clark is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Mokri Vanis & Jones, LLP. His practice focuses on general liability litigation and property disputes.
Prior to joining Mokri Vanis & Jones, Mr. Clark represented both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury claims and corporate clients in complex insurance litigation. Mr. Clark has achieved a variety of remarkable results in his career including securing a $750,000 settlement in a products liability claim and millions for consumers in a variety of injury and consumer protection lawsuits. Shortly after passing the bar, Mr. Clark won an emergency stay of incarceration order from the California Supreme Court via a writ that alerted the Court of an improper conflict of interest by the presiding judge. Mr. Clark also has substantial federal court experience from successfully litigating against debt collectors for robo-dial and debt collection violations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He has won over 30 state court trials throughout California.
Mr. Clark earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law while competing on the Moot Court team and serving as an editor of the Law Review and simultaneously working as a certified law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office representing the United States in federal court trials of misdemeanor prosecutions. Before deciding to become an attorney, Mr. Clark earned his B.A. in Political Theory from the University of California, San Diego.
