Nina Klawunder is Special Counsel at Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Newport Beach Office. Ms. Klawunder has over 30 years of experience handling complex multi-party construction defect matters in both state court actions and arbitrations. Prior to joining Mokri Vanis & Jones, Ms. Klawunder was in private practice as both an associate and then partner in an Orange County law firm, later moving in-house with a global insurance company where she continued to represent clients as legal counsel in construction defect matters/claims achieving superior results. Ms. Klawunder serves a varied clientele, including insurance companies, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
