Scott Barbag

Scott Barbag is an attorney in Mokri Vanis & Jones’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. He handles general litigation throughout the state of Nevada as well as California. At William & Mary School of Law, in addition to being on the Environmental Law and Policy Review journal, he was also on the mediation team. Scott was selected to go to the national competition for mediation.

With approximately 20 years of litigation experience, Scott’s practice for the past decade has concentrated in the defense of cases involving vehicular liability, premises liability, and product liability. His clients include insurance companies, corporations, and other self-insureds. Scott has vast experience with motions, depositions, mediation, and arbitration.
