MVJ attorneys Eric J. Danowitz and Richard DiCorrado secured a $2,149,652.33 million dollar verdict for their client before Judge Bryan A. Foster in San Bernardino Superior Court. This was a dispute between a collection agency and chiropractor on breach of contract. Danowitz and DiCorrado were also successful in obtaining a take-nothing defense verdict as to the cross-complaint filed against MVJ’s client, the Plaintiff, in this same action.
