Associate Attorney at Mokri Vanis & Jones Newport Beach office, Gia’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, with particular focus on real estate contractual disputes, fraud, trade secrets and governance disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Gia was an associate at small scale and national law firms based in California, practicing general civil litigation and consumer class action law. Gia has also advised developers on real estate transactions involving the creation and funding of affordable housing based on current governing Federal and State regulations.
Gia graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law, participating in the Berkeley-Harvard Law Exchange Program her last year. Gia graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles, where she received her B.A. in political science, with a minor in International Relations, and is a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa.
